• Join the Crew: name, email, ZIP code, optional mobile number, your role, industry and CDL class, the launch gift you choose and your shipping address, and, if you ask for reminders, the months your CDL and DOT medical card expire.
• Buy a Truck quote requests: your contact details, company and the truck and job you describe.
• Truck & Operator Directory listings: company details, USDOT and MC numbers, service area, trucks and services. Listing details are published on the site.
• Videos and stories: your contact details, the video or link you send, the description and the credit you ask for.
• Advertising and partnerships: business contact details and booking information. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages and forms: anything you send through the contact form, nominations, waitlists and newsletter sign-ups.
• Site use: basic technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser [and analytics cookies, if used: NAME THE TOOL]. The site also saves small settings in your browser, such as whether you closed the Join the Crew ribbon.

How we use it

• Verify USDOT numbers against public FMCSA records.
• Answer messages, process advertising bookings and invoices, and keep the site secure.
• Improve the site and understand which content is useful.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting, email, forms, payments and shipping), with the companies you ask us to send a quote request to, publicly when you submit a listing, video or story for publication, and when required by law.

Text messages

We send text messages only if you opt in separately. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
• Ask us to update or delete your membership, listing or submissions by contacting us.

Join the Crew membership is for people 18 and older. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
