Shipping

• Orders ship to U.S. addresses only.
• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Items with an industry tab or custom embroidery can take 5–7 business days.
• Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
• Launch gift: the free cap or T-shirt for new Crew members ships for $5.99 to U.S. addresses, one per member, while the first 1,000 gifts last.
• You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
• Need a different size? We exchange sizes within 30 days; you pay return shipping.
• Items with a custom industry tab or personalization are exchange only unless they arrive damaged.
• Launch gifts can be exchanged for a different size once; shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it.
