The rules for using Vocational Trucks of America.
Effective date: October 15, 2026. These terms apply to the Vocational Trucks of America website operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("VTA"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Join the Crew is free and open to people 18 and older. Companies may join through one contact person. Keep your information accurate, and do not create memberships for other people without their permission. The launch gift is limited to one per member while supplies last.
VTA connects people with companies; it is not a party to any hauling job, truck sale, lease or loan. VTA does not dispatch, broker or arrange transportation, does not set rates and does not guarantee any listed company. A "DOT verified" badge means only that a USDOT number matched FMCSA public records. Confirm insurance, licensing, certifications and terms before you hire or buy.
Paid placements are labeled Sponsored or Featured. Advertising bookings are subject to VTA approval and to the rates and terms confirmed in your booking or invoice. Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Either side may end a recurring placement with 30 days’ written notice. VTA reviews ad content before it runs and may decline ads that are misleading, unlawful or off-topic for the site.
Guides, safety content and DOT information are general information, not legal, safety-engineering or financial advice. Rules change and vary by state; confirm with the agency or a qualified professional.
Do not misuse the site, including scraping it, sending spam or malware, impersonating others, or posting false, unlawful or infringing content.
Vocational Trucks of America, VTA and the VTA logos are trademarks of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Other trademarks belong to their owners.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, VTA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site; and VTA’s total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid VTA in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to defend and indemnify VTA against claims arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms. Some states do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. We may update them by posting a new version with a new effective date. Questions: contact us.
